and Head Chef, Gus Naddour, graduate of Lebanese Culinary
has been cooking Lebanese food for past 25 years.
Gus says he was born into cooking. "My first memory is
watching mom in the kitchen. She was flipping something with
a spatula. I tried to copy her and ended up grilling my right
thumb! I was three or four," says Gus. Everyone
on both sides of my family cooks. I was surrounded by all
different styles of cooking, and worked in the food service
industry in just about every capacity you can imagine.
wife, Suzane Naddour, is Co-Owner and Manager of Café Matinee,
and is living her dream. She
possesses a zest for life, extraordinary talent, an enormous
joy in sharing Gus' love for cooking, and a commitment to giving
back. She is an assistant chef, dynamic entrepreneur and a steward
of her community.
